Rental and Membership Information
The Brew House Association is a community of artists pursuing a shared vision. In addition to their individual artistic endeavors members must contribute a minimum of 12 hours per month to the organization. Initiatives include building improvements, programming and management of Exhibition and Performance events. This is an artist-driven organization that draws on the collaborative synergy of its members to manifest its mission in the community it serves.
Interested candidates submit an application (click here) and a Brew House member will contact you to arrange an interview with the Brew House Membership Committee. Artists are also encouraged to consider how they might best contribute to the organization. During the interview, artists applying for studio space present recent work. In addition applicants will be asked to discuss their unique interests and abilities and how their involvement will support the mission of the Brew House.
The following studio spaces are currently available for immediate occupancy:
204A (approx. 550 sq.ft.): Studio space
401 (approx. 2500 sq.ft.): Live/studio space

The Brew House has hosted unique special events at both the IAC Garage Performance Space and Brew House SPACE 101 Gallery. Recent events have included wedding receptions, private and corporate dinners, fundraisers, birthdays and bar mitzvahs.

The Brew House Space 101 Gallery is dedicated to presenting vibrant and diverse gallery programs. The gallery strives to make the visual arts accessible to everyone in the community by presenting a wide variety of exhibitions that span across media and include artists at all stages in their career.
The artwork presented at the Brew House Space 101 Gallery reflects the strength and diversity prevalent in contemporary art. Exhibitions range from street-inspired multi-media works to figurative oil paintings to interactive sculpture. The public is invited to view these exhibitions during regularly scheduled gallery hours as well as during publicized openings and special events.
Artists interested in exhibiting at Space 101 are invited to apply through two application processes. Each year, Space 101 Gallery puts out a Prospectus Call for Entries wherein an outside jury selects a group of local (living within a 150 mile radius) artists for the upcoming exhibition season. In addition, proposals for the Special Projects Room, adjacent to the main gallery, are accepted on an ongoing basis.
